Administrative Assistant II - Federal Program Support

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite, CSOSA facilities)

Clearance: Ability to pass federal background investigation

About the Role

An experienced Administrative Assistant II is needed to support federal executives and program managers within a public safety agency. This role is best suited for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities




  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for executives and program staff.



  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.



  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems, track action items, and monitor deadlines.



  • Answer and route calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.



  • Compile basic data and create spreadsheets, charts, and status updates as needed.



  • Qualifications




Experience Required




  • 3+ years of administrative support experience; prior federal or public sector experience preferred.



  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.



  • Work Authorization




U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.

Salary - $42.00- $47.00 Per Hour

Contingent upon contract award
