General Manager Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club - Horseshoe Bay, TX About the Role Horseshoe Bay Sporting Club, part of the Rhythm Outdoors network, is a private, member-focused shooting and hospitality club located in the Texas Hill Country. We are seeking a hands-on, disciplined General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver a high-quality member experience, and uphold strong standards across service, safety, and facilities. This leadership role is highly visible and requires presence, judgment, and the ability to lead teams in a structured, high-expectation environment. Candidates with military leadership experience-particularly U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) or Ranger backgrounds at the E-7 (Sergeant First Class) level and above-are strongly encouraged to apply, as this experience translates well to the operational leadership and team management required in this role. Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Some college (preferred) High School (required) Experience
Experience in member-facing roles within hospitality, private clubs, resorts, or service-driven environments requiring high standards of service, relationship-building, and event or program management. (required)
Experience managing daily operations in environments such as outdoor facilities, training environments, logistics, or property management, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, inventory control, and process execution. (required) Experience leading small teams in structured, high-accountability environments, including operational planning, personnel management, safety oversight, and mission execution.
