1st Shift - Mon-Thurs 500am - 330pm some OT on FRIs or SATs

Job Description

  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
  • Exclude technicians working in production or quality assurance.(thisposition is not a Production or QATech type position)
  • The position will perform a multitude of duties including setting up wiring/cabling for test systems inside of aircraft.
  • Must have some previous experience in a similar role


***Relevant experience must be in aerospace

Basic Qualifications :

  • 4yrs of Aerospace Test Tech experience
  • Must be able to read electrical schematics.
  • Must have previous soldering experience.
  • Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience with electronic and electrical fabrication.
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
  • Mechanical and general fabrication skills.
  • Previous experience working with, fabricating and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors.
  • 4yrs of Aerospace Test Tech experience
