**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative is an integral part of the Transaction Processing team within the Investor Services Operations job family. This role is focused on ensuring seamless transaction processing and providing high-quality service to clients. The Specialist serves as a key contributor in achieving BNY's strategic pillars of operational excellence and client satisfaction. By upholding BNY's principles of integrity and accountability, the Specialist fosters a culture of trust and reliability, enhancing the organization's reputation and client relationships. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines. - Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. - Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices. - Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client service. - Support the team in achieving service delivery goals by contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous. **EXPERIENCE:** 0-5 years of experience **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within the team. - Detail-oriented mindset to maintain compliance and accuracy in transaction records. | |
