Striping Crew

The Striping Operator will operate striping equipment to plan specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assists skilled workers as assigned.
• Unloads materials that are delivered such as paint, or equipment and distributes them to appropriate location as identified by supervisor, project plans, or specifications.
• Prepares layout area with chalk lines ensuring properly measuring and marking.
• Cleans and prepares specific areas of jobsite as assigned. This may include digging; cleaning up rubble, debris, and trash; or removing hazardous materials.
• Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Directs traffic near, in, or around work zones.
• Must use striping equipment and or paint to create
• Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Prior asphalt or concrete construction job experience preferred.
• Three years prior striping experience preferred with asphalt and or concrete striping.
