This position provides marketing and project support for the Marketing Department's essential operations functions, events, and special initiatives. This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in our Philadelphia, Seattle, or DC office.

Your Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator within our Marketing & Business Development team, you will work with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, the Director of Marketing, and the Marketing Operations Manager as a vital part of the operations team. Responsibilities and projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with implementing and maintaining process improvements and related organizational tools.

  • Monthly credit card reconciliation and reimbursement requests.

  • Maintain the department's central library of work product and conduct monthly audits of the library.

  • Update Marketing Handbook as necessary and handle new hire training.

  • Responsible for the Marketing Department intranet pages.

  • Coordinating the invoices and expenses for $7M of budgets.

  • Maintain marketing Net Docs file structure.

  • Prepare client data reports.

  • Manage department training calendar.

What We're Looking For:

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment, with strong writing and editing skills and the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and concisely. They demonstrate sound judgment, analytical thinking, and a client service mindset, along with excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a high level of responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness. The candidate should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and maintain a positive, service oriented work ethic. Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred. Regular and predictable attendance is essential, along with the flexibility to work beyond standard hours when needed.

The targeted salary range for this position is from $65,000 - $75,000, which reflects the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
