Full and Part-Time | Nurse Aide-Non Certified

Available Scheduled Shifts per two-week pay period:

Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Morning Shift 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Part Time | 32 hours

Evening Shift 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Full-Time | 80 hours

Part-Time | 48 hours

Midnight Shift 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

Part-Time | 40-48 hours per two-week pay period

Sign on Bonus of $2,000 for positions working 48+ hours per two-week pay period and $1,000 for 16 - 47 hours per two week pay period!

Experience Required:

  1. Previous experience as a caregiver in a facility or senior care setting required
  2. Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred

The Difference You'll Make

  1. Provide direct care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  2. Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes in condition promptly
  3. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns to nursing staff
  4. Assist residents with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.)
  5. Support residents with daily care needs while preserving dignity and independence
  6. Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
  7. Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

  1. Previous experience as a caregiver in a facility or senior care setting required
  2. Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Resident-centered approach with sensitivity to individual needs and abilities
  2. Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment
  3. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  4. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
  5. Dependability and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  6. Professional maturity and ability to manage the demands of a care environment
  7. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents
