For over 30 years, Sun Loan Company has proudly served more than 200 communities across seven states and seven locations in Mexico. We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and people-focused Branch Manager ready to lead a team, grow business, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and enjoys coaching others, building customer relationships, and driving results.

• Lead daily branch operations and drive performance goals
• Train, coach, and develop Loan Specialists
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues professionally
• Support loan processing, collections, and compliance procedures
• Grow the branch through community networking and local business relationships
• Create a positive, team-focused culture centered on growth and success

• Management experience in lending, banking, collections, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required

Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed. Closed Sundays.
