The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining asphalt plant equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of asphalt materials. Responsibilities include operating the asphalt plant and related equipment, monitoring plant performance, adjusting controls as needed, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and coordinating with plant personnel to meet daily production goals. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and following all company safety policies and procedures. Qualified candidates should have previous asphalt plant operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of plant maintenance, safety standards, and quality control practices is preferred.
