We are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Programs to lead the design and execution of high-impact patient experience and activation strategies across two critical parts of our business: our value-based care organization (DaVita IKC) and our dialysis operations (DaVita Kidney Care). This is a unique opportunity to shape how patients experience and engage in their care at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives-while partnering across clinical, operational, and technology teams to bring those strategies to life. What You'll Do This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring a leader who can translate bold ideas into practical, scalable programs that sustainably improve patient outcomes and experience. This teammate will lead an established team of 6-8 individuals, ranging from analyst to senior manager. This teammates will also serve as a trusted thought partner to senior executives, influencing enterprise priorities related to clinical program design & patient engagement. 1.
