Parking Lot Attendant Hull Branch

This role is essential in ensuring that parking spaces remain available for bank customers and that the lot is clean, orderly, and welcoming. The position is primarily outdoors and requires comfort working in warm summer conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the parking lot to ensure spaces are used by bank customers only
• Politely direct non-customer vehicles to alternative parking options when necessary
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized parking
• Keep the parking area clean by removing trash and litter regularly
• Report any safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues to branch management
• Provide general assistance and directions to customers as needed

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor role in a beachside environment with exposure to sun, heat, and occasional wind
• Combination of standing and sitting throughout the shift
• May require walking the parking lot periodically to monitor and clean the area

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying summer weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual

Schedule:

• Seasonal position during peak summer months
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to lift and carry light items (e.g., trash bags, small debris)
