Rope Access Technician - SPRAT Level 1 or IRATA Level 1

STRUCTURAL is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians to join our team performing work in New York City, NY.

Construction duties include:

• Re-pointing

• Caulking

• Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars

• Brick demolition

• Brick installation

• Waterproofing

Our ideal candidate must:

• Poses and maintains a valid SPRAT level 1 or IRATA level 1 card

• Must understand basic principles of construction and common construction tools

• Demonstrates the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision

• Willing to learn and grow as a team

• Willing to take direction and feedback in a high paced environment

• Employees must provide their own reliable transportation to travel to and from job site. Willing to occasionally travel to out of town projects.

• OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus

• Follows and promotes Safety 24/7 culture and exhibits a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations. Extremely safety conscious. Sets an example for others by demonstrating that safety is a core value. Wears all safety equipment. Assists project teams in ensuring job site is maintained in a safe manner.

Earn between $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience) in addition to full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and vacation!
