We are seeking a
Senior Systems Administrator in
Lanham, MD.
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Systems Administrator to serve as the primary IT lead for our Lanham, MD office while operating as part of a distributed enterprise IT operations team. This role requires a strong technical foundation across hybrid infrastructure, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
This role requires a minimum of two days onsite per week, with additional onsite presence as needed to support business operations, projects, or critical incidents. A day in the life of a Senior Systems Administrator

$90,000 - $105,000 a year
Octave Federal provides compensation information in accordance with applicable multistate pay transparency laws. The projected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 (USD). Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as work location, education, experience, skills, organizational requirements, and contractspecific budget parameters. This range reflects what is typically offered for the role and represents only one component of Octave Federal's total compensation package, which may also include benefits and other forms of remuneration.
