Job Duties Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in aviation or related field. Minimum Experience Three (3) years related experience in a flight operations environment including eighteen (18) months of flight training/crew scheduling. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of federal aviation regulations required. Knowledge of computerized crew management and flight training systems required. Knowledge of the operation of a personal computer & its applications required. Knowledge of statistics and basic math preferred. Strong organizational and communications skills required. Knowledge of the pilot collective bargaining agreement (CBA), flight ops training manual (FOTM), and advanced qualification program (AQP) preferred.
