As a Security Protector - Unarmed Patrol in Belle Glade, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal at a government location as an Access Control Officer, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. This is a driving post. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering service with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, employee, and contractor access in accordance with post orders and security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, staff, and/or public agency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help support authorized access and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, access exceptions, and/or incident details, while maintaining professionalism and attention to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
