Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk officer at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will welcome guests, manage access, monitor cameras and alarm activity, and support daily security-related operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access to the property lobby and entry points, assist with visitor check-in procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access in a courteous, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Observe lobby activity, report unusual behavior or maintenance concerns, and document security-related events according to site procedures.
• Support a welcoming hotel environment by assisting guests, employees, and vendors with directions, access questions, and other front desk needs while following post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
