OVERVIEW This role serves as a communication and support hub by assisting customers, managing calls, and coordinating important messages and emergency notifications. The position monitors facility alarms and security systems, handles paging and on-call communications, maintains records and databases, and supports staff with communication tools and administrative tasks. It requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to respond quickly in urgent situations. SCHEDULE: 40-hours per week
