In the Account Specialist - Enterprise position, you'll serve as a critical partner in delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality support to Enterprise Accounts. You'll manage order execution, resolve issues, and ensure seamless customer experiences while enabling the Enterprise Accounts team to focus on strategic, consultative selling. What You'll Do and Impact:
Own end-to-end processing of customer orders, including standard and web orders requiring exception handling, ensuring timely resolution and a seamless customer experience. Serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, delivering responsive, accurate, and professional support across channels. Proactively manage inbound customer needs-including order requests, quotes, and product or pricing inquiries-enabling Sales partners to focus on strategic priorities. Handle pre-sale and post-sale inquiries including order status, fulfillment timelines, backorders, and issue resolution, ensuring clear communication and follow-through. Apply strong judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues independently, escalating when appropriate. Leverage systems and tools to process orders, manage exceptions, and document interactions, continuously improving speed, accuracy, and service quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise and Inside Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to remove friction, streamline workflows, and improve the customer experience. Take ownership of outcomes by meeting service levels, accuracy standards, and productivity goals while adapting to shifting priorities. Build knowledge of products, processes, and systems to increase effectiveness and value delivered to customers and internal teams. Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed to drive team and business success.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or related experience Experience working within order management, project-based, or systems-driven environments preferred Familiarity with CRM systems or Smartsheet preferred
