ABOUT THE POSITION

Position Overview: As BSA Assistant Manager, you will help lead Visions' BSA/AML/OFAC program by supporting compliance operations, guiding team performance, and strengthening risk mitigation across the organization. You will partner closely with the Director of Risk Mitigation, serve as a back-up to the Assistant BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Officer, and play an important role in maintaining a strong culture of compliance through sound processes, training, and collaboration.

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $90,000/year (Exempt) *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: Position is located in our Endwell, NY, Muhlenberg, PA or Saddle Brook, NJ. Some travel to Endwell, NY is expected.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the day-to-day work of the BSA team, including coaching, delegation, and performance feedback.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex BSA/AML/OFAC matters and help resolve issues across departments.
  • Help maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Review team output for quality, accuracy, and timeliness, and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Partner with the Risk Mitigation Manager and the Director of Risk Mitigation on policy, procedure, risk assessment, audit, and examination support.
  • Develop employee training and contribute to team development and succession planning.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and related compliance practices.
  • Experience with FRAML, case management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Criminal Justice, Fraud Investigation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certification for FRAML (ie: BSACS, ACAMS, etc.)
