Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Job Summary

The Marketing & Digital Strategistis responsible forassistingwithdevelopingourgo-to-market strategy,product commercializationandcampaignplans,and integrated marketingprogramsthat drive product awareness and engagement across our reseller and end-user audiences. This roleis ablend ofstrategic planning and hands-on execution, workingcross functionallytobringmarketing initiatives and products to market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supportthe go-to-market strategy for new product launches,keyinitiativesand vertical marketing priorities
  • Help define product positioning,messaging, andvalue propositionsin alignment with the Product teamto ensure clarity and differentiation in market
  • Planand executeintegrated campaigns including project setup, timelinemanagementandcreative briefstoensuresmooth execution across the team
  • Track and manage execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to theobjectives, targetaudienceand key messages
  • Assistwith developingsales enablement tools and campaign assets (presentations, one-pagers, toolkits) tosupport reseller engagement andencouragepipeline growth
  • Maintain a campaign calendar and marketing roadmap to ensure visibility, alignment, and prioritization across all initiatives
  • Measure campaign performance in partnership withtheeCommerceteamandcustomer feedback with theSales teamto refine messaging and content
  • Supporttradeshow and event marketingand lead executioninpartnership withSalesto drive engagement and lead generation
  • Partner closely with the Marketing & Digital Strategist to align campaign strategy with digital channel execution, ensuring consistency across touchpoints
Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Productmarketingexperience
  • Proven ability to adapt andoptimizemessaging, byindustry, channel, and end user to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance andoptimizeresults
  • Greatcollaborator andcommunicator withstrong writtenandverbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize multiple projects independently
  • Strong communication,multitaskingand attention to detail
  • Project management experience

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4years of experience in Marketing

Computer equipment and level of software requirements:

  • Expertisewith Microsoft Office
  • Smartsheetor similar project management software experience preferred

Work Environment:

  • Usual office working conditions, occasional business travel to attend conferences, meetings, events or training (less than 5%).
