Job Description

Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) is expanding rapidly as we invest in new B2B payment flows and nextgeneration commerce models. Agentic commerce represents a stepchange opportunity in how businesses buy, sell, and pay-enabling autonomous decisioning, execution, and optimization across complex B2B workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Agentic Commerce Partnerships to help build and scale Visa's B2B agentic commerce ecosystem. This role is executionfocused and partnerfacing, with responsibility for developing partnerships, structuring and closing pilot agreements, and running partner pilots from concept through production validation.

This role works closely with product, engineering, regional teams, and senior partnership leadership, and is a key contributor to establishing Visa as a first mover in B2B agentic commerce.

Role Focus

This role is agentic-commerce-first:

  • Developing and managing B2B agentic commerce partnerships
  • Structuring and executing pilot agreements and incentives
  • Driving pilots to live transaction volume and measurable outcomes
  • Coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely delivery and partner success

Responsibilities

Partner Development & Deal Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, and advance partnerships with B2B platforms (e.g., AP automation, ERP, expense management, fintech's) interested in agentic commerce.
  • Support commercial structuring, negotiation, and execution of pilot agreements, including development funding, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Act as the daytoday Visa owner for assigned partners, managing relationships through pilot lifecycle.

Pilot Management & Execution

  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Regional teams to ensure pilots launch on time and meet objectives.
  • Track pilot milestones, risks, and dependencies. Proactively resolve issues and escalate as needed.
  • Capture pilot outcomes, learnings, and partner feedback to inform product strategy and future partnerships.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate pilot requirements into clear technical and operational inputs.
  • Work with Marketing and Comms teams to support partner announcements, case studies, and thought leadership tied to successful pilots.
  • Collaborate with regional and global VCS teams to ensure alignment with market priorities and client needs.

Program & Portfolio Support

  • Help manage a portfolio of active and pipeline B2B agentic commerce partners.
  • Contribute to internal reporting, executive updates, and governance processes for partner pilots and incentive programs.
  • Identify repeatable patterns and scalable partnership models to support broader rollout.

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 8+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a strong focus on B2B use cases.
  • Experience in B2B payments, fintech, ERP, AP/AR, or expense management ecosystems. Experience working with APIs, platforms, or developer-centric products.
  • Prior experience supporting or executing commercial agreements or pilot programs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, early stage product environments.
  • Works independently with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to influence teams in a matrix environment to get things done effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communications.
  • Able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas and be flexible with changing priorities.
  • Client and partner engagement remains central, with a strong emphasis on co-creation, discovery, and scalable solutioning.
  • You will be successful in this role if you have: Strong experience in partnerships, business development, or product commercialization, preferably in payments, fintech, or B2B platforms.
  • Handson experience running pilots, proofs of concept, or earlystage partnerships from idea to execution.
  • Working understanding of B2B payments, APIs, platforms, and embedded payment models.
  • Curiosity and working knowledge of AIdriven or agentic commerce concepts, with the ability to translate emerging ideas into practical pilots.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working in a matrixed, fastmoving environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and workstreams in parallel.
  • Bias toward action, execution, and learning through doing.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 169,100.00 to 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
