The department is responsible for implementing, supporting, and continuously improving the software, hardware, and operating environments that enable a small but highly impactful business unit to operate efficiently and securely within the broader Hallmark ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS The Business Technology Specialist is primarily responsible for the implementation, support, and ongoing maintenance of technology solutions including software, hardware, and operating environments for a small business unit within Hallmark. This role serves as a key liaison with Hallmark IT and external business consultants and vendors to ensure technology solutions are effectively designed, implemented, and aligned with business needs. An individual in this position has a keen knowledge of a variety of IT technologies, will manage daily technical support needs, and manage IT related projects. Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
