Top Skills' Details -Create drafts of Generator Interconnection Agreements (GIA) -Facility Construction Agreements (FCA) -Multiparty Facility Construction Agreements (MPFCA) with Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customers Description ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Create drafts of Generator Interconnection Agreements (GIA), Facility Construction Agreements (FCA), Multiparty Facility Construction Agreements (MPFCA) with Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customers. * Collaborate with theLegal team on details related to the agreements and address any questions the Interconnection Customer and Transmission Customer may have. * Facilitate interconnection agreement related information exchange with impacted Service lines * Report progress and schedules for all agreements * Ability to make timely recommendations to effectively solve problems, using independent judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and/or law. * Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and procedures. Ability to articulate in writing detailed concepts and to present information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
