Description Full-time, Monday-Friday operations support role working under the clinical manager in New Berlin. This individual will support a team of respiratory therapists and handle a mix of administrative, clinical support, and customer service functions. Responsibilities include incoming and outgoing patient calls, programming overnight oximetry units, communicating with patients and healthcare offices, and managing clinical documentation. Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort working in a healthcare environment are essential.
