This position plays a critical role in ensuring highquality home installation experiences for broadband, voice, and video services while maintaining consistent operational performance across the thirdparty field workforce. The role is deeply rooted in broadband operational excellence, technician readiness, CPE deployment, and overall customer experience. *Position Summary* The Project Manager will oversee residential broadband installation and service operations following the outsourcing of field service responsibilities to a thirdparty partner. This individual serves as the primary liaison between the broadband provider and the vendor, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and customerexperience standards. The role requires handson operational oversight and continuous performance evaluation in a fastpaced broadband environment. The Project Manager will manage the vendor relationship by leading weekly and monthly business reviews, reviewing KPI trends, and assessing performance across metrics such as ontime arrival, completion accuracy, repeat service calls, technician productivity, signallevel issues, and overall job quality. They will identify performance gaps, lead rootcause analysis, and drive corrective actions that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating operational execution, ensuring schedule alignment with network capacity, maintaining compliance with broadband technical standards, and supporting field readiness for residential installs. The role works crossfunctionally with engineering, customer care, network maintenance, supply chain, and leadership teams to resolve issues related to installation quality, provisioning, RF impairments, and CPE performance. The Project Manager will also support strategic programs and technology initiatives, including enhancements to workforce management platforms, routing systems, installation tools, and technician support applications. They will contribute to process improvements that streamline residential installation workflows, enhance technician efficiency, and improve overall service reliability. *Qualifications & Experience* Candidates should have strong experience within broadband or cabletelecommunications field operations, with direct exposure to residential broadband installation practices, troubleshooting processes, and CPE activation standards. They should possess experience in vendor management, SLA interpretation, data analysis, and KPI reporting. Effective communication skills and the ability to present insights to leadership are critical. Experience with field service management tools, dispatch platforms, routing systems, or WFM applications is highly beneficial.
