In this role, you'll contribute to initiatives that directly impact business performance and patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:



  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects or initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams such as operations, analytics, clinical, finance, or technology
  • Analyze data, processes, or workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
  • Participate in process optimization efforts to improve efficiency and quality
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners at all levels

Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, systems, and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, consulting, analytics, or operations
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with process improvement, reporting tools, or business analysis
  • Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale initiatives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
