Remote/Commuter Opportunity - Open to candidates within the United States Summary The Sr. Director, U.S. Commercial Forecasting will partner closely with Business Unit leaders to provide data-driven revenue outlooks and risk scenarios. Additionally, they are responsible for developing and managing the short- and long-term commercial forecasts for the US market, ensuring alignment with both global and US strategies. This role will have a strategic focus on driving automation to assess sales potential, manage forecasting processes, and provide data-driven insights to support investment decisions. The Sr. Director provides strategic insight and forecasting expertise to support portfolio planning and investment decisions, understanding the intersection of the business and forecasting, informing key business decisions, based on facts and data, evolve value driver views of the brands, with a focus on driving impact. The Sr. director of commercial forecasting will leads the US Commercial forecasting team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive forecasting, including demand, inventory, and Gross to Net (GTN) forecasts. This role will also support aspects of pipeline products and work in collaboration with the BD team and advanced analytics teams. The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $250,000 - $280,000 and eligibility for a 30% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
