Job Description Allstate is hiring for a VP of Business Development specifically for Allstate Roadside Services. Skills in prospecting for new business, contract negotiation, business presentation as well as strategy building to execution will be critical in this opportunity. This role is accountable for identifying, securing, and launching new B2B partnerships within assigned industry verticals. And will lead the business development lifecycle from prospecting and partner engagement through deal negotiation, contracting, and launch support, ensuring new programs are executable, approved, and ready to scale. Target Total Compensation:$177,600 - $244,000 per year (Base Pay + Performance-Based Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate's discretion.
