Investment Operations Senior Specialist (Remote)

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

• Review the results of trade support services (outsourced operations) activities against established service level standards.
• Oversee the setup security master file set-ups, standard wettlement instruction entry, counterparty configuration input, start-of-day processing results, cash and position reconciliation output, data loads and other activities.
• Review start of day processing results to ensure all inputs have processed and are reasonable. Perform end of day review to ensure all transactions are confirmed.
• Confirm external manager data has loaded and address and report any issues.
• Source and maintain broker, trade routing and standing settlement instructions.
• Participate in projects and compliance-related activities.

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated of financial services operations experience within an insurance company, asset manager, bank, or related industry firm.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products and investment administration/operation systems.
• Extensive knowledge of cash management concepts.

In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
