Johns Hopkins Personalized Primary Care (JHPC) offers a concierge, patient-centered primary care model that pairs the clinical excellence of Johns Hopkins Medicine with individualized attention. JHPC is seeking a BC Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our team caring for a limited patient panel to deliver deeper relationships, more oneonone time, and highly personalized care plans tailored to each patient's history and health goals.

Summary

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a full-time panel of 550 patients.
• Deliver individualized care plans based on medical history, prevention, chronic disease management, and patient goals.
• Offer enhanced access and continuity through longer visits, proactive outreach, and close collaboration with a dedicated care team.
• Utilize telehealth and other digital tools to maintain timely communication and followup.
• Coordinate care with Johns Hopkins specialists and health system resources as needed.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• MD License in the State of Maryland required
• CPR Certification required

Salary Range: Minimum 1.00/hour - Maximum 1,000.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
