Stock Transfer Order Specialist - 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the bill of lading and other paperwork for all outgoing shipments, including Interplants, stock orders, and warehouse transfers including edits and verifying transactions.
• Work with dock drivers to print tickets for incoming and outgoing loads.
• Communicate with drivers and trucking company if issues with load/driver.
• Provide some Traffic Coordinator duties on second shift.
• Work within SAP system to track and transfer orders from one facility to another
• Adjust SAP if there are issues.
• Provide office/production support.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• One to three years experience with general clerical duties including data entry, inventory control, spreadsheets, phone skills, and bookkeeping is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
