The main purpose of this position is to support clinical and research operations through the administration of neuropsychological assessments and accurately collecting, scoring, and managing neuropsychological assessment data. This position contributes to data integrity, quality control processes and supports the preparation of research findings through written reports and research datasets. The Psychometrics Specialist will interact with attending neuropsychologists, patients, and other psychometrics team members providing communication of procedures, observations, and any data deviations. This position will strengthen neuropsychological assessment accuracy and ensure quality research datasets and outputs for the Neuropsychology Clinic. Job Knowledge & Skills, Education, Experience: Bachelor's degree in social science or related field is required. Experience working in a position involving clinical, psychosocial, health, or epidemiology services/research is required. Experience is the field of psychology, mental health, human behavior and experience interacting with patients/subjects is required. Entry level knowledge of research methods and knowledge of fundamental research concepts, practices and procedures is required. Benefits and Compensation: The wage for this position is $43,888 for full-time efforts (1.0 FTE).
