Electro-Mechanical Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Wichita Falls, TX

Pay: $35.00-$45.00/hour

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support manufacturing operations in Wichita Falls, TX. This direct hire role is responsible for PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and maintaining plant equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Install, maintain, and improve electrical systems, motors, drives, and power transmission equipment.
• Design and build control panels, circuits, and user interfaces.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues across plant equipment.
• Analyze machinery and implement PLC automation solutions.
• Maintain and service switchgear and other plant electrical infrastructure.
• Track equipment performance and maintain maintenance records.
• Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and escalate issues when additional support is required.

Qualifications

• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Background in industrial electrical maintenance and automation.
• Experience with motor drives, control systems, and plant equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
