What you'll do:

Oversee the daily operations and professional practice for multiple specialties within Scripps Clinic (4 locations/33,000 sqft). Partner with and advise Medical Directors and lead management team while ensuring smooth operations emphasizing quality outcomes and customer experience. Oversight includes 100+ providers, management and staff team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes and internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

  • Four years of direct management experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to effectively direct healthcare business and operational practices.
  • Ability to develop long-term plans for healthcare operations.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

  • Progressive ambulatory operations leadership experience, ideally overseeing multi-specialty clinic environments
  • Experience with Epic (including operational reporting and workflow optimization)
  • Lean or Value by Design methodologies and leading through complex change initiatives is strongly preferred.
