Enterprise AI Platform Administrator - hybrid based in Lexington, MA

We're seeking a passionate Enterprise AI Platform Administrator to lead the deployment, management, and optimization of AI platforms across our global organization. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the primary expert and advocate for Claude and other enterprise AI tools, working closely with our AI Strategy and Transformation team to enable thousands of users worldwide. You'll build integrations that connect AI capabilities to our existing enterprise systems, provide technical support and training, and help shape how our organization leverages artificial intelligence to drive business outcomes. What You'll Do:

• Serve as primary administrator for Claude and other enterprise AI platforms, managing user access, permissions, and platform optimization
• Monitor and respond to user support requests in dedicated Slack channels, providing expert-level guidance on AI tool usage and best practices
• Enable users across the organization through training sessions, documentation, and one-on-one support for Claude, Claude Code, and related AI tools
• Design and implement integrations between AI platforms and existing enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other APIs
• Collaborate closely with the AI strategy team to support enterprise-wide AI initiatives and identify technical enablement opportunities
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze usage patterns, and recommend platform improvements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for AI platform usage and integrations
• Stay current with AI platform updates, new features, and emerging integration possibilities

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in IT administration, developer tools, or enterprise software management
• Strong technical curiosity and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with API integrations, web technologies, or enterprise software platforms
• Excellent communication and training skills with ability to support users at all technical levels
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and user experience
• Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks
• Experience with developer tools, command-line interfaces, or coding environments
• Background in user enablement, technical training, or customer support roles
• Passion for artificial intelligence and emerging technology trends

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
