On site, manufacturers rely on our expertise in providing full management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously improve production processes. Total Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides our semiconductor manufacturing customers with on site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed on a daily basis in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption.
Support the reliable operation and maintenance of liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment. Apply complex problem-solving and technical expertise to repair and optimize delivery equipment. Conduct daily rounds to contribute to site safety and excellence, including recording readings, performing inspections, monitoring systems, and facilitating chemical/gas container exchanges. Partner with the team to confirm daily records are complete. Help identify effective solutions for abnormal parameters and coordinate their successful completion. Develop a deep understanding of liquid bulk delivery procedures to support site-wide safety and quality. Facilitate the safe and efficient transfer of bulk gas and chemical trailers. Coordinate the installation, facilitation, and successful start-up of high purity gas and chemical delivery equipment. Support the maintenance of accurate gas and chemical inventories and contribute to the evaluation of monthly usage trends. Partner with the team to provide essential information and follow reporting procedures for quality, safety, and inventory according to site policies. Collaborate in identifying and resolving gas/chemical-related manufacturing challenges. Serve as an active contributor or facilitator for the Emergency Response Team. Ideally, you are eager to advance through the TGCM Tech 8 local OJT and qualification journey. Facilitate the coordination and issuance of Hazardous Work Permits. Serve as the primary point of connection and support for the customer during your shift. Safely restore the operation of high purity gas and chemical delivery equipment. Contribute to customer and Air Liquide community programs, including Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive Maintenance. Mentor and support the professional growth of TGCM contractors and fellow team members (Tech 5, 6 & 7). Partner in the development and maintenance of clear, site-specific work instructions. Uphold our collective HS&E Standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone, including PPE and safety programs. Provide guidance and support for on-site operations when the Manager is unavailable. Prepare site-specific reports and help consolidate data to support management requests. Contribute to the team's success by completing assigned tasks according to established procedures. Perform minor analytical and sampling procedures to support product quality. Dedicated to the safety of our team, our neighbors, and the general public surrounding our facilities.
Hazardous Waste Technician (at applicable operations locations):
Support the safe transfer of materials to the storage area by following established documentation and safety procedures. Contribute to emergency preparedness and safe material handling by following our shared safety protocols for spills and container preparation. Partner with the team on waste minimization initiatives and maintain a helpful understanding of applicable hazardous waste laws.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent OR 5+ years of relevant experience 5-7+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong communication skills Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment Strong, demonstrated ability in industrial electrical systems and controls, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per onsite operations policy, including product acceptance criteria, tank fill, inventory and material usage, monitoring, safety parameters and personnel requirements. Demonstrate ability to coordinate and supervise a group of technicians on a project Strong electro-mechanical aptitude with a proven focus on industrial electrical and control systems. Display aptitude for controlling an emergency situation and coordinating problem solving actions Able to understand and abide by stringent safety rules Demonstrate ability to train junior technicians
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 60 lbs Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours per day Ability to operate hydraulic foot pump (55 gallon drums - drums could be up to 500 lbs) Job requires constant bending to successfully complete shift tasks (validating information, checking systems, etc.) Ability to wear a respirator as part of required PPE for certain job tasks
