Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Senior Director of Operations Project Management to lead high-impact initiatives across a multistate dialysis organization. This leader will drive cross-functional projects that improve operational performance, support clinic execution through process improvements, and enhance patient care outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring dialysis experience and a proven ability to influence across functions including at senior leadership levels, partner effectively with clinicians and operational leaders, and lead complex initiatives with a strong understanding of enterprise-wide operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support operational performance, clinic execution, and patient care outcomes across a multistate organization
• Partner with operational, clinical, and corporate leaders to plan, implement, and sustain enterprise projects and process improvements
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance structures, and communication strategies to support effective execution
• Identify risks, interdependencies, and operational impacts, and develop solutions that support successful implementation
• Monitor project progress, evaluate results, and provide clear updates, recommendations, and reporting to senior leadership
• Translate business priorities into structured workstreams, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes
• Support process standardization, workflow improvement, and change adoption across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategic initiatives, project management, or related leadership roles required
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare environment required
• Experience supporting multistate, geographically dispersed operations required
• Dialysis experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build effective partnerships with clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders required
• Strong project management, change management, and operational problem-solving skills required
• Demonstrated ability to assess downstream impacts and lead initiatives with an enterprise-wide perspective required
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• PMP preferred
