Location: This is a hybrid work opportunity. Can be located at any of our North America hub offices (Chandler, AZ, Chicago, IL, Conway, AR and Montreal, QC)

About the role

The Sales Strategy Analystis responsible forprovidingsupporttotheCommercialSales Strategy teamandto helpexecute and advocate forprograms. Thiscross functional supportrole createsreportsbothindependentlyandin conjunction with the BI team.This entails driving the accuracy ofreporting andanalyzing/preparingpresentations.There is a need tomaintainconfidentiality ofbusiness-critical records.This role supportsCommercialSalesleaderswithinthe designated organizationandisjointly managed by the Manager of Strategic Analytics and the Director of Strategy.Strong reporting and analyticalskills are required.Along the way, you will get to:

  • Focus on enabling sales teaminbook management, solution selling, and client engagement
  • Assistin managing account disputes, and the analysisrequiredto effectivelyaid inmakingdecisions surrounding accountconflict
  • Expected to develop a thorough understanding of the financial commit process
  • Assistin developing protocols, communication, and strategysurroundingbook management
  • Use third party resources and internal resources to develop reports that will enable thesales leaders,SOS,andBDM teams
  • Analyzereportingto find opportunities within the solution areas/focus accounts and effectively communicate findings to support teams.This includeshigh priority lists,cross referencing data sets,HPI healthcare certifications, and GPO data integration
  • UnderstandPower BI reporting and canarticulateand teach sales leadershiphow toeffectivelyutilizeInsight BI reporting toolsand structure
  • Distribute both scheduled and"ad-hoc"reporting
  • Assistwithensuringoptimalbook sizes are met, and to help with mass account transitions between inner GTM teams
  • Follow the standard process of implementingITAMwhitespace accounts
  • List preparation and distribution
  • Assistin setting up the presentation materials for executive presentations
  • Ability to presentstrategic materials tomanager level and above
  • Coordinates business calendar for meetings, events, and schedules
  • Minimaltravelmayberequired
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors'degreefrom an accredited college oruniversity;or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred educational backgroundsinclude:
    • Analytics
    • Economics
    • Business Administration
    • Business Analytics
    • Finance
    • Statistics
  • Minimum of1year of professional experience in an applicable role with business analysis, reporting, andlist preparation. Experience working withsales andsalesteamsispreferred.
  • Possession of strong analytical skills
  • Possession of strong organizational skills
  • Possession of strong presentation skills
  • Ability togather and analyze data,assistandadviseothers withtechnicalknowledge ofarea of responsibility (SAP, EDI, Webetc.)for the day-to-day managementand improving sales results
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skillsrequired
  • Must be comfortable in autonomously engaging resources to find solutions/answers to reporting needs
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong computer skills(MS Office,particularly PowerPoint/ Excel/MS Teams,Visio)PowerBI,Client Link, SMART, D&B, Hoovers)
  • Ability to adapt to complex business environments and absorb knowledge quickly
