We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer with 7-15 years of progressive experience to join our aerospace team at the Chatsworth facility. This senior role combines advanced technical expertise in design, analysis, and compliance with leadership responsibilities in personnel management, project oversight, procurement support, and proposal development. You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to business development while ensuring high-reliability aerospace products meet stringent industry standards. Other: Must be available to travel approximately 20% of the time. Physical & Work Environment Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. * Comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing environment (exposure to noise, dust, and machinery). * Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. * Willing and able to use basic hand tools safely when supporting shop activities.
