Intelligence Training Specialist The Opportunity: As a Training Specialist,you'llshape the unit's training enterprise, developing curriculum, qualification pathways, and timeline recommendations aligned to Space Force Instruction (SFI) 13105 and evolving guidance.You'llmanage training records and Space Force readinessaligned schedules for multiple operators, ensuring full compliance with government standards and complete visibility into crew readiness. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions and ensure the squadronremainscombat missionready. You'llinterface regularly withthe Space Force and other mission partners to define training standards, update qualification timelines, and incorporate new tools or decision support systems into CHAMP.You'llexplorenew approachesto integrate emerging system updates into training, and support exercise planning with readiness and qualificationinputs. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
