Intelligence Training Specialist

The Opportunity:
With the volume and complexity of Space Force training requirements today, it takes a skilled training professional to translate standards, readiness metrics, and mission demands into actionable training pipelines. The client needs an expert like you to build and sustain the training frameworks that enable crews to be mission-ready.

As a Training Specialist,you'llshape the unit's training enterprise, developing curriculum, qualification pathways, and timeline recommendations aligned to Space Force Instruction (SFI) 13105 and evolving guidance.You'llmanage training records and Space Force readinessaligned schedules for multiple operators, ensuring full compliance with government standards and complete visibility into crew readiness. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions and ensure the squadronremainscombat missionready.

You'llinterface regularly withthe Space Force and other mission partners to define training standards, update qualification timelines, and incorporate new tools or decision support systems into CHAMP.You'llexplorenew approachesto integrate emerging system updates into training, and support exercise planning with readiness and qualificationinputs.

You Have:

  • Experience overseeing training schedules, qualification processes, and training documentation
  • Experience with U.S. Space Force training and evaluation standards, including documentation compliance requirements
  • Ability to coordinate across the Space force and with stakeholders on readiness standards and training timelines
  • Ability to develop and maintain training records in virtual training database systems such as CHAMP
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Education, or Management field and 5+ years of experience with Air Force orSpace Force training management, or 9+ years of experience with Air Force or Space Force training management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting Space Force readiness assessments or readinessaligned training plans
  • Experience with decision support tools from government agencies
  • Experience briefing leadership orrepresentingtraining operations in multiagency working groups
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
