Mechanical Student Clerk | Omaha, NE

IMEG is hiring a Mechanical Student Clerk in Omaha, NE, to support project teams with research, documentation, and day-to-day coordination needs. In this role, you'll help maintain organized project records and contribute to accurate, complete deliverables that support high-quality, code-compliant design work.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assist with researching resources for commercially available equipment

  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks related to engineering or administrative office tasks

  • Assist with documenting design decisions, meetings, and instructions from team members

  • Assist with review of all project documents for accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Interest in engineering consulting

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Modeling software experience is a plus
