Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $54,800 - $71,300 Comprehensive Benefits Package Annual Bonus Eligibility 401k & Company Match Position Summary: This position will provide data and category resource analytics, operational support, and system maintenance to a variety of internal departments, Senior Managers, and Director of Sales. The position's goal is to analyze data for identifying business development opportunities, decision-making support, and business reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing and understanding data available and utilizing it to manage programs and influencing decision-making. This role has the ability to be remote. Key Responsibilities: Administrative duties which include but are not limited to: maintenance of business systems, holiday schedules, new item setups and presentation support. Prepare weekly new product performance, trend reports, customers out of stock reporting, and account performance reports. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed. Ensure internal database integrity, hierarchy implementation, and maintenance. Manage BBU Sales Systems. Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc. Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes Supports Manager of Sales Systems Other duties as assigned. Behavioral Competencies: Strong Individual Contributor with the ability to lead projects and collaborate with team to achieve objectives.Works independently under limited supervision. Ability to achieve specific objectives/outcomes and set/meet key initiatives Ability to effectively implement programs for area of responsibility Ability to collaborate and align cross-functionally within team and with customer(s) Education and Work History: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education. Ideal candidate will possess: 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics. DSD experience. 3+ years is a plus. Experience collaborating with Cross Functional Groups. Must have strong Project Management acumen. Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills. Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required. Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred.
