Position Summary:
This position will provide data and category resource analytics, operational support, and system maintenance to a variety of internal departments, Senior Managers, and Director of Sales. The position's goal is to analyze data for identifying business development opportunities, decision-making support, and business reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing and understanding data available and utilizing it to manage programs and influencing decision-making.
This role has the ability to be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties which include but are not limited to: maintenance of business systems, holiday schedules, new item setups and presentation support.
  • Prepare weekly new product performance, trend reports, customers out of stock reporting, and account performance reports.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure internal database integrity, hierarchy implementation, and maintenance.
  • Manage BBU Sales Systems.
  • Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc.
  • Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes
  • Supports Manager of Sales Systems
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work History:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education.
Ideal candidate will possess:
  • 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics. DSD experience. 3+ years is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with Cross Functional Groups.
  • Must have strong Project Management acumen.
  • Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred
  • Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred.
  • Ability to travel 5-10%
