We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Financial Services team. In this role, you'll be at the center of key initiatives-partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other executive leaders to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a key member of the executive support team, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Finance leaders, including calendar management, correspondence, and call handling
- Coordinate and manage meetings (internal and external), including scheduling, agenda preparation, catering, AV needs, and detailed meeting minutes with follow-up tracking
- Support executive projects by coordinating timelines, preparing materials, and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Create and manage presentations and reports, including PowerPoint decks and Excel-based data analysis
- Assist with budgeting, billing, and expense reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage travel arrangements and process reimbursements
- Maintain confidential records, including executive files and compensation-related documentation
- Collaborate with executive leadership, board members, and external partners to coordinate meetings and initiatives
- Provide cross-functional support across the Executive Office, including backup coverage as needed
- Support onboarding of new executives in partnership with HR and payroll/benefits teams
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of executive assistant or advanced administrative experience
- Proven experience supporting projects, including documentation, reporting, and communication
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/calendar systems
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, executives, and external partners
