Job Title: Practice Coordinator 3

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Job Duties:

  • Provide back-office and call center support.
  • Answer incoming patient calls, offering information, assistance, and support.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Accurately document patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment details.
  • Follow call center protocols and maintain HIPAA compliance to ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide basic medical information and directions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient issues.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Adaptable with a willingness to learn.

Volume:

  • Approximately 55-60 calls per day.

Experience Required:

  • 6 months to 1 year.

Additional Requirement:

  • APeX training required; non-APeX candidates will not be considered.
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 0800-1700; no weekends.
