Our positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees.

Compensation

Warehouse Administrative Assistant (Batch Order Processing)

The Warehouse Administrative Assistant supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating batching process, maintaining accurate shipments of facilities, and ensuring efficient workflow between picking, stockers and shipping team.

Key Responsibilities

• Batch ordersfor picking and packing
• Monitor order queues and prioritize batches based on deadlines, shipping methods, or volume
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors/lead and floor staff to ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customer service and logistics teams regarding order updates

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with a mix of office and floor interaction
• May involve standing, walking, or light physical activity
• Fast-paced environment with time-sensitive order processing

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
