**What you'll do:**

* Lead moderately complex research projects with significant autonomy, from conception to delivery.

* Apply a diverse range of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods to gather deep user insights.

* Clearly and concisely communicate research findings to a variety of stakeholders, influencing product strategy and development.

* Actively contribute to the advancement of UX research practices, fostering collaboration and identifying innovative approaches to enhance user experience.

* Serve as a trusted, senior member of the team, potentially leading specific areas, projects, or initiatives within the trust and safety domain.

* Drive product improvements by translating user needs and behaviors into actionable insights.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.

* Demonstrated experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).

* Relevant product research experience, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting.

* Proven ability to communicate complex research findings effectively to broad audiences.

* Advanced proficiency in Research processes.

* Proficiency in Interactive technology.

* Proficiency in Ethical UX research.

* Proficiency in UX research methodology.

* Proficiency in Product development lifecycle.

* Proficiency in Human/user behavior.

* Proficiency in UX storytelling.

* Proficiency in UX systems thinking.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience conducting research on privacy, safety, and security or Trust and Safety.
