We are looking for a talented individual to join our client's internal strategy reporting team, where you will be instrumental in accelerating the delivery of strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical prowess and analytical skills to create transparency into performance metrics and milestones, directly influencing decision-making at the highest levels. You will play a vital role in cleaning, blending, and automating large, unique datasets, and then crafting compelling dashboards that empower internal stakeholders and leadership.

**What You'll Do:**

* Accelerate the delivery of strategic initiatives by providing robust data solutions and reporting.

* Clean, blend, and automate complex, large datasets from multiple unique sources using advanced ETL techniques and data preparation tools.

* Design and build engaging, informative, and impactful dashboard views.

* Collaborate closely with internal strategy and portfolio teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.

* Contribute to day-to-day business intelligence functions, supporting internal strategy and various internal stakeholders.

* Present analytical findings and dashboard insights to leadership-level audiences, influencing strategic direction.

* Engage in informal collaboration with a small, dynamic team, tackling ad hoc projects and contributing to a supportive environment.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel.

* Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL.

* Demonstrated experience with ETL techniques in tools such as Tableau, data preparation tools, or similar platforms to clean, blend, and automate complex datasets.

* End-to-end experience wrangling data and designing dashboards.

* Proven ability to clean and blend large datasets from multiple, unique sources.

* A strong mix of technical developer skills and applied analytics skills.

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance) is preferred.

**Nice to Have Skills:**

* Familiarity with industry-specific applications for internal operations.

* Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences.

* Polished verbal and written communication skills.

* Master's degree is preferred.
