Overview
The Field Marketing Manager role (Contractor) will support project-based marketing initiatives to drive pipeline, brand awareness, and sales across multiple customer segments in the Western US. This role combines volume marketing and field marketing responsibilities, offering flexibility to support a range of campaigns, events, and programs as needed. Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies and high-frequency campaigns to build pipeline, drive brand awareness, and support sales goals across digital and traditional channels.
* Design and implement customer engagement programs to attract new business and foster loyalty.
* Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and ensure effective lead follow-up.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute regional field events, trade shows, workshops, and virtual engagements to maximize customer and partner engagement.
* Oversee event logistics, vendor management, and manage all aspects of pre- and post-event processes for optimal outcomes.
* Work with creative teams to develop marketing content for various platforms (brochures, email, social media, promotions).
* Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing data-driven insights and managing project budgets for maximum impact. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related fields.
* BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
* Strong organizational and project management skills; adept at logistics and multitasking.
* Experience with digital marketing tools (email, social, webinars, paid media) and data analytics (Excel, CRM, marketing automation platforms).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative and collaborative mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and team-oriented environment.
