* Design, manage, and optimize a suite of productivity services, including online collaboration platforms, cloud storage, and email systems, to ensure readiness for next-generation AI tools.

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of identity, compliance, content architecture, and search indexing to identify and address readiness gaps; spearhead migrations, upgrades, integrations, and automation efforts to modernize digital environments.

* Map existing content landscapes and architect future-state information structures within cloud-based collaboration platforms, incorporating structured metadata, taxonomy, site hierarchy, and permission inheritance.

* Drive the planning and execution of content migrations from traditional file shares and legacy repositories into modern cloud storage solutions using automated tooling.

* Configure and fine-tune enterprise search capabilities, including schema extensions, managed properties, verticals, result sources, and indexing patterns, to ensure efficient information retrieval.

* Develop and implement robust governance frameworks, provisioning models, and operational standards tailored to diverse environments; facilitate client workshops, documentation, and enablement sessions for both technical and business teams.

* Develop automation scripts using advanced scripting languages and APIs for reporting, provisioning, and repeatable deployment patterns, enhancing operational efficiency.

* Produce detailed readiness deliverables, including assessment findings, identified risks, and a prioritized remediation roadmap for AI tool adoption.

* Provide expert guidance on identity management configurations, including authentication methods, conditional access policies, and tenant-level identity controls, to ensure seamless AI interoperability.

* Design and validate secure permission models, consent and application permission strategies, and identity governance practices to support access trimming and secure AI retrieval.

* Apply advanced API concepts, including service principles, delegated/application permissions, and API limitations, to support automation, reporting, and operational controls.

* Implement and maintain stringent security best practices across the digital workplace, including identity and access controls, to support secure AI usage.

* Implement and tune compliance controls, such as data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, and retention policies, ensuring alignment with AI retrieval behavior and access trimming.

* Collaborate effectively with the IT support team to resolve escalated incidents and service requests efficiently.

* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in digital workplace and AI capabilities, as well as relevant best practices.

* Identify and champion opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

* Actively participate in training and development activities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Minimum of 4+ years of experience delivering digital workplace modernization and cloud-based collaboration solutions, including direct client engagement/consulting or cross-functional stakeholder delivery.

* Deep hands-on experience designing and administering cloud-based collaboration platforms, including sites, libraries, metadata, taxonomy, permissions, and information architecture.

* Strong knowledge of identity management authentication flows, conditional access logic, consent and permission models, and identity governance.

* Proficiency with PowerShell scripting, PnP PowerShell, and enterprise automation patterns used for reporting, provisioning, and repeatable deployments.

* Working knowledge of compliance controls, including data loss prevention, sensitivity labeling, and retention policies.

* Experience with advanced API concepts, service principles, delegated/application permissions, and common API limitations.
