We're seeing Visual Merchandising Coordinators to support recurring campaign installs for a leading luxury brand under a global beauty company. If you thrive in fast-paced retail environments, love bringing campaigns to life, and can execute with precision-this is a highly visible opportunity to make an impact across flagship locations.

Project Scope



  • Chicago: 6 installs/year (approx. 2 weeks per install, 3 store locations, 10AM-2PM shifts)
  • Campaign Dates: 4/20, 6/15, 7/13, 8/31, 10/20
  • Goal: Build a consistent team (starting with 3-4 consultants, scaling to ~15)


What You'll Do



  • Execute window + in-store campaign installations (including vinyl, props, and merchandising)
  • Partner with installers when needed to ensure flawless execution
  • Merchandise key focal areas (window + campaign bay) to brand standards
  • Capture, edit, and submit installation photos for approval
  • Communicate with in-store Visual Merchandising partners to action feedback in real time
  • Coordinate with store teams to access product and materials

Who You Are



  • 2-3+ years in Visual Merchandising or retail execution
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directives precisely
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams
  • Agile problem-solver-comfortable adapting on the fly
  • Comfortable with light physical work (lifting 15-20 lbs, climbing ladders)
  • Bonus: Experience installing vinyl + basic skills in Adobe Photoshop (cropping/editing images)
